The 3rd District Forum ‘Russian Creative Week — Siberia’ was held in Krasnoyarsk
The 3rd District Forum ‘Russian Creative Week — Siberia’ is dedicated to the development of creative industries, their popularisation and interregional cooperation. Representatives of federal executive authorities, leaders of Russia's creative industries, and representatives of Russian companies from the technological, creative and educational sectors, including Vadim Navoenko, General Director of the Gazprom Cultural Initiatives Foundation attended it.
During the plenary session ‘Models of creative industries management in the regions: the role of the creative economy in the socio-economic development of the subjects’ speakers discussed the issues of cooperation mechanisms between the regions, opportunities for the regional economy and social sphere, incentive tools for attracting investment in the creative industries of the regions and others.
«The creative economy plays an important role in the development of the social sphere between the regions of Russia. The initial stage is the development of a mechanism and incentive tools to attract investment in the creative industries of the subjects,» said Vadim Navoenko.
The session was moderated by Marina Abramova, Director of the Russian Creative Week Forum and President of the Creative Economy Autonomous Nonprofit Organisation, and Roman Karmanov, General Director of the Presidential Foundation for Cultural Initiatives. Keynote speakers of the session: Sergey Novikov, Head of the Office of the President of the Russian Federation for Public Projects, Mikhail Kotyukov, Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Alexey Fursin, Head of the Department of Culture of Moscow, Oleg Berkovich, Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Tatyana Karavaeva, Deputy Director General of CSR, Victoria Boos, Leading Expert of the Russian Cluster Observatory of the Specialised Institute of the National Research University Higher School of Economics.
The annual forum ‘Russian Creative Week — Siberia’ has been held jointly since 2020 with the Krasnoyarsk region government authorities and supported by the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation.
The Forum is dedicated to the development of creative industries and constructive dialogue between representatives of creative business and federal and regional authorities.
